The Eshelman Building, home to The Perfect Gift & Boutique, is a featured building for this years’ Doors Open Niagara event! The event will be held this weekend, October 18-19, during our normal store hours: Friday from 11 AM – 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM.
During the event, visitors of The Perfect Gift & Boutique are welcome to browse the aisles of our stores and learn about the history of our building on self-guided tours. Information sheets will be available from any one of our associates, outlining the timeline of the building and the many unique historical features still in tact today that make our stores so special!
Doors Open Niagara began in 2003 and has been thriving and growing ever since. The theme for this year’s event is “20th Century Neighborhoods of Niagara,” with a focus on buildings erected in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.
The Perfect Gift & Boutique is one of four locations participating in the Doors Open Niagara event this weekend! Be sure to also check out the ASA Ransom House, Clarence Historical Museum, and Humbert Carriage House — all located along Main Street in Clarence!
Whether you have been shopping at The Perfect Gift & Boutique for a decade or have never stepped foot into our stores, this is a great opportunity to learn about the historically rich background of our beloved Eshelman Building!
